It achieved a price of HKD 120,000.00 (€ 14,511.73), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 36%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Benrei Huang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Theory of Leisure: Social Distancing Edition in April this year with an auction result of HKD 264,000.00 (€ 269,595.65).

Die Arbeit Drawing Lessen 101-This Part Is Too Dark, Or It'S Just A White Bunny With A Black Butt(Painted In 2011) von Benrei Huang kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei China Guardian zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 120.000,00 (€ 14.511,73) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 36%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Benrei Huang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Theory of Leisure: Social Distancing Edition im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 264.000,00 (€ 269.595,65).
