The »bidding war« ended at HKD 192,000.00 (€ 196,069.57), 28% above the upper estimate. Other works by Benrei Huang have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 264,000.00 (€ 269,595.65) in April this year for the work The Theory of Leisure: Social Distancing Edition.

Die Arbeit I Dreamed of a Strange Yet Beautiful Flower, I Woke up with the Flower in My Hand von Benrei Huang wurde im April diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 192.000,00 (€ 196.069,57) und damit 28% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Benrei Huang haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 264.000,00 (€ 269.595,65) im April diesen Jahres für die Arbeit The Theory of Leisure: Social Distancing Edition beobachtet.
