Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Cloudy Mountains by Hu Peiheng was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in March 2019. The price achieved of HKD 35,400.00 (€ 4,016.71) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Hu Peiheng have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Hermit Dwelling In The Mountain in October 2012 with an auction result of HKD 187,500.00 (€ 18,666.08).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Cloudy Mountains von Hu Peiheng kam im März 2019 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 35.400,00 (€ 4.016,71) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hu Peiheng auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Hermit Dwelling In The Mountain im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 187.500,00 (€ 18.666,08).
