In May this year Bonhams in Paris held the auction American Art, which included the work Solitude by Hovsep Pushman. The »bidding war« ended at USD 16,640.00 (€ 15,618.55), 66% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hovsep Pushman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Narcissa in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 541,000.00 (€ 368,327.89).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 66 % übertroffen
Im Mai diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in Paris die Auktion American Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Solitude von Hovsep Pushman zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 16.640,00 (€ 15.618,55) und damit 66% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hovsep Pushman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Narcissa im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 541.000,00 (€ 368.327,89).
