Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Hovsep Pushman could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in July 2021 for an unexpectedly low price. In the An American Summer auction, the work Dancing Girl changed hands for USD 8,820.00 (€ 7,434.25) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hovsep Pushman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Narcissa in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 541,000.00 (€ 368,327.89).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Hovsep Pushman konnte im Juli 2021 bei Sothebys in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion An American Summer wechselte die Arbeit Dancing Girl für USD 8.820,00 (€ 7.434,25) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hovsep Pushman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Narcissa im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 541.000,00 (€ 368.327,89).
