Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Hovsep Pushman could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in September 2020 for an unexpectedly low price. In the American Art auction, the work Prince And His Horse, No. 344, No. 2 changed hands for USD 13,860.00 (€ 11,827.96) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hovsep Pushman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Narcissa in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 541,000.00 (€ 368,327.89).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Hovsep Pushman konnte im September 2020 bei Sothebys in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion American Art wechselte die Arbeit Prince And His Horse, No. 344, No. 2 für USD 13.860,00 (€ 11.827,96) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 15.000,00 – 25.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hovsep Pushman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Narcissa im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 541.000,00 (€ 368.327,89).
