Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pintura by Horacio Torres was auctioned at Christies in Paris in October 2015. The price achieved of EUR 6,250.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Other works by Horacio Torres have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in July 2008 the work Seated nude on blue background was auctioned for USD 16,250.00 (€ 10,424.02).
