Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Birmingham Meeting House In Spring by Horace Pippin was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in May 2019. It achieved a price of USD 300,000.00 (€ 269,082.43), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Horace Pippin achieve.
