Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October this year Bonhams in Hong Kong held the auction Southeast Asian Modern & Contemporary Art, which included the work Sunset by Hong Viet Dung. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 90,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 102,400.00 (€ 12,383.35). Other works by Hong Viet Dung have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 138,600.00 (€ 17,294.43) in July last year for the work Hong Viet Dung | Landscape with Figure.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in Hong Kong die Auktion Southeast Asian Modern & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sunset von Hong Viet Dung zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 90.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 102.400,00 (€ 12.383,35) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Hong Viet Dung haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 138.600,00 (€ 17.294,43) im Juli letzten Jahres für die Arbeit Hong Viet Dung | Landscape with Figure beobachtet.
