In May 2008 Christies in New York held the auction Important American Paintings, Drawings And Sculpture, which included the work The White Mountains, from Randolph Hill by Homer Dodge Martin. The price achieved of USD 20,000.00 (€ 12,853.47) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00.
