Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December 2020 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art Morning Session, which included the work Sunset on the Highland by Hoàng Tích Chù. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 600,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 687,500.00 (€ 72,516.35). Other works by Hoàng Tích Chù have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 875,000.00 (€ 98,759.16) in November 2018 for the work Paysage du Tonkin (Tonkinese Landscape).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2020 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art Morning Session durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sunset on the Highland von Hoàng Tích Chù zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 600.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 687.500,00 (€ 72.516,35) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Hoàng Tích Chù haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 875.000,00 (€ 98.759,16) im November 2018 für die Arbeit Paysage du Tonkin (Tonkinese Landscape) beobachtet.
