Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2021 Christies held the auction L'art à fleur de peau, parcours d'une collectionneuse, which included the work The brown paper bag by Hervé Télémaque. The price achieved of EUR 25,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hervé Télémaque achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait De Famille in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 366,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2021 führte Christies die Auktion L'art à fleur de peau, parcours d'une collectionneuse durch, in der auch die Arbeit The brown paper bag von Hervé Télémaque zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 25.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hervé Télémaque erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait De Famille im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 366.250,00.
