This price was achieved in the auction L'art à fleur de peau, parcours d'une collectionneuse at Christies and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 20,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Hervé Télémaque have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait De Famille in December 2007 with an auction result of EUR 366,250.00.

Die Arbeit Ane et figure chez Jacob Lawrence von Hervé Télémaque war einem Käufer im Oktober 2021 EUR 62.500,00 wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion L'art à fleur de peau, parcours d'une collectionneuse bei Christies erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 20.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hervé Télémaque auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait De Famille im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 366.250,00.
