Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Ploughing the field by Herman Gouwe was sold in the 20th Century Art auction at Christies in Amsterdam in December 2006. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 10,800.00 20% above the upper estimate. Other works by Herman Gouwe have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 19,200.00 in November 2005 for the work A plough team.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Ploughing the field von Herman Gouwe wurde im Dezember 2006 in der Auktion 20th Century Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 10.800,00 und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Herman Gouwe haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von EUR 19.200,00 im November 2005 für die Arbeit A plough team beobachtet.
