Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Ploughing by Herman Gouwe was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2015. It achieved a price of EUR 10,625.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18 %. Other works by Herman Gouwe have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 19,200.00 in November 2005 for the work A plough team.

Die Arbeit Ploughing von Herman Gouwe kam im Juni 2015 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 10.625,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 18 %. Andere Arbeiten von Herman Gouwe haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von EUR 19.200,00 im November 2005 für die Arbeit A plough team beobachtet.
