Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2021 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Contemporary Art, which included the work H1233N - 2008 by Herbert Hamak. The price achieved of EUR 2,470.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Herbert Hamak - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Two works: (i) Untitled (Green); (ii) Untitled (Blue), which sold at auction in September 2009 for GBP 8,125.00 (€ 8,888.07).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2021 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit H1233N - 2008 von Herbert Hamak zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.470,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Herbert Hamak mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Two works: (i) Untitled (Green); (ii) Untitled (Blue) beobachtet, die im September 2009 für GBP 8.125,00 (€ 8.888,07) versteigert wurde.
