This work without title by Herbert Brandl was auctioned at Sothebys in Cologne in April last year. It achieved a price of EUR 56,700.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 67 %. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Herbert Brandl; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Sans titre - 2006 sold at auction in June this year with the realized price of EUR 98,400.00.

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Herbert Brandl kam im April letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in Köln zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 56.700,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 67 %. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Herbert Brandl; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Sans titre - 2006 im Juni diesen Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 98.400,00.
