Upper estimate price exceeded by 28 %.
In June this year Bonhams in London held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art, which included this untitled work by Herbert Brandl. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 7,680.00 (€ 8,938.20), 28% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Herbert Brandl achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sans titre - 2006 in June this year with an auction result of EUR 98,400.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 28 % übertroffen
Im Juni diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Herbert Brandl zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 7.680,00 (€ 8.938,20) und damit 28% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Herbert Brandl erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sans titre - 2006 im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 98.400,00.
