Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Soir sur la riviere de Parfume a Hue, Annam (Evening on the River of Perfume at Hue, Annam) by Henri Mège was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in June 2021. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 70,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 75,600.00 (€ 8,212.12). Other works by Henri Mège have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 137,500.00 (€ 15,482.70) in October 2018 for the work A Spring Morning In A Countryside Near Hue.
