The work Étude pour "Jardin en Provence" by Henri Edmond Cross was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in September 2021. It changed hands for a price of USD 17,640.00 (€ 15,237.11) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henri Edmond Cross achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Faux Poivrier (Provence) in May 2021 with an auction result of USD 3,150,000.00 (€ 2,583,237.66).

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 17.640,00 (€ 15.237,11) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 12.000,00 – 18.000,00.
