Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2006 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Pictures,Watercolours and Drawings, which included the work Boats Moored By A River Bank by Hendrik Hulk. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,560.00. Admittedly, works by Hendrik Hulk have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sailing barges on a river; Vessels on a calm river in April 2003 with an auction result of EUR 7,170.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2006 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Pictures,Watercolours and Drawings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Boats Moored By A River Bank von Hendrik Hulk zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.560,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hendrik Hulk auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sailing barges on a river; Vessels on a calm river im April 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.170,00.
