Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A) An Elderly Famer Herding Four Cows, His Dog To The Right by Hendrick Verschuring was auctioned at Sothebys in Amsterdam in March 2007. The price achieved of EUR 1,800.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hendrick Verschuring achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work An Amorous Couple In A Stable With A Grey, A Bay Horse And Dogs in December 2007 with an auction result of GBP 30,500.00 (€ 41,444.33).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A) An Elderly Famer Herding Four Cows, His Dog To The Right von Hendrick Verschuring kam im März 2007 bei Sothebys in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.800,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hendrick Verschuring erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit An Amorous Couple In A Stable With A Grey, A Bay Horse And Dogs im Dezember 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 30.500,00 (€ 41.444,33).
