Auction result well in line with expectations
In July this year Christies in Paris held the auction First Open: Post-War and Contemporary Art Online, which included the work What I Take III by Heidi Hahn. The price achieved of GBP 10,080.00 (€ 11,760.30) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Heidi Hahn - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Folded Venus / Pomaded Sweater #3, which sold at auction in November this year for USD 30,480.00 (€ 27,942.79).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli diesen Jahres führte Christies in Paris die Auktion First Open: Post-War and Contemporary Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit What I Take III von Heidi Hahn zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 10.080,00 (€ 11.760,30) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Heidi Hahn mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Folded Venus / Pomaded Sweater #3 beobachtet, die im November diesen Jahres für USD 30.480,00 (€ 27.942,79) versteigert wurde.
