Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Palate Project - Everything We Create Is Not Ourselves 16-2 (Set Of 16) by He Xiangyu was sold in the Contemporary Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2019. The price achieved of HKD 175,000.00 (€ 20,002.24) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 150,000.00 – 200,000.00. Admittedly, works by He Xiangyu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sorry in April this year with an auction result of HKD 144,000.00 (€ 147,052.17).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Palate Project - Everything We Create Is Not Ourselves 16-2 (Set Of 16) von He Xiangyu wurde im Oktober 2019 in der Auktion Contemporary Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 175.000,00 (€ 20.002,24) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 150.000,00 – 200.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von He Xiangyu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sorry im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 144.000,00 (€ 147.052,17).
