The work 9 Lemons by He Xiangyu was auctioned at Phillips in Hong Kong in November 2021. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 200,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 201,600.00 (€ 22,415.88). Admittedly, works by He Xiangyu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sorry in April this year with an auction result of HKD 144,000.00 (€ 147,052.17).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit 9 Lemons von He Xiangyu kam im November 2021 bei Phillips in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 200.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 201.600,00 (€ 22.415,88) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von He Xiangyu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sorry im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 144.000,00 (€ 147.052,17).
