A top price for He Jian - as previously expected
The work Take a Photo as a Souvenir; & Travel by He Jian was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2011. It changed hands for a price of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 6,709.10) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Take a Photo as a Souvenir; & Travel is the most expensive artwork by He Jian that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Take a Photo as a Souvenir; & Travel von He Jian wurde im Mai 2011 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 6.709,10) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00.
