Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by He Haixia achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Paris in June this year. In the Exquisite Eye: Chinese Paintings Online auction, the work Waterfalls after Rain sold for HKD 201,600.00 (€ 23,556.92) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by He Haixia achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Majestic Mount Hua in May 2017 with an auction result of HKD 2,460,000.00 (€ 280,898.90).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von He Haixia erzielte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Christies in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Exquisite Eye: Chinese Paintings Online wurde die Arbeit Waterfalls after Rain für HKD 201.600,00 (€ 23.556,92) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 80.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von He Haixia erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Majestic Mount Hua im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.460.000,00 (€ 280.898,90).
