Auction result well in line with expectations
In May this year Christies in Cologne held the auction Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings, which included the work Visiting Friend by He Haixia. The price achieved of HKD 100,800.00 (€ 12,082.00) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by He Haixia achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Majestic Mount Hua in May 2017 with an auction result of HKD 2,460,000.00 (€ 280,898.90).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai diesen Jahres führte Christies in Köln die Auktion Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Visiting Friend von He Haixia zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 100.800,00 (€ 12.082,00) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von He Haixia erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Majestic Mount Hua im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.460.000,00 (€ 280.898,90).
