Auction result well in line with expectations
In November this year POLY held the auction Paintings preserved by significant Hong Kong collectors III, which included the work Secluded Houses In Mountain by He Haixia. The price achieved of HKD 10,200.00 (€ 1,196.92) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 8,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by He Haixia achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Majestic Mount Hua in May 2017 with an auction result of HKD 2,460,000.00 (€ 280,898.90).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November diesen Jahres führte POLY die Auktion Paintings preserved by significant Hong Kong collectors III durch, in der auch die Arbeit Secluded Houses In Mountain von He Haixia zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 10.200,00 (€ 1.196,92) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 8.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von He Haixia erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Majestic Mount Hua im Mai 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.460.000,00 (€ 280.898,90).
