Auction result well in line with expectations
The work An Emerald Atmosphere by He Baili was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May last year. It changed hands for a price of HKD 1,197,000.00 (€ 142,109.59) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 800,000.00 – 1,200,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by He Baili - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Dreaming of the River Valley, which sold at auction in November 2021 for HKD 2,750,000.00 (€ 305,772.13).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit An Emerald Atmosphere von He Baili kam im Mai letzten Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 1.197.000,00 (€ 142.109,59) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 800.000,00 – 1.200.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von He Baili mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Dreaming of the River Valley beobachtet, die im November 2021 für HKD 2.750.000,00 (€ 305.772,13) versteigert wurde.
