Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Dawn by He Baili was sold in the Summer Reverie: Chinese Paintings Online auction at Christies in Hong Kong in September last year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 60,480.00 (€ 7,869.88). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by He Baili achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dreaming of the River Valley in November 2021 with an auction result of HKD 2,750,000.00 (€ 305,772.13).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Dawn von He Baili wurde im September letzten Jahres in der Auktion Summer Reverie: Chinese Paintings Online bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 60.480,00 (€ 7.869,88) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von He Baili erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dreaming of the River Valley im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.750.000,00 (€ 305.772,13).
