The price achieved of USD 30,000.00 (€ 22,622.73) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Admittedly, works by Harry Roseland have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Beach At Coney Island in September 2008 with an auction result of USD 134,500.00 (€ 95,518.78).
