Auction result well in line with expectations
In January 2006 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings, which included this untitled work by Hans Ittmann. The price achieved of EUR 840.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 700.00 – 900.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hans Ittmann achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in December 2006 with an auction result of EUR 13,200.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Januar 2006 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Hans Ittmann zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 840,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 700,00 – 900,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hans Ittmann erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Dezember 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 13.200,00.
