Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2005 a collector was able to acquire the work Camerawork Portfolio, 1969-1986 by Hans Feurer for USD 9,600.00 (€ 8,003.33). This price was achieved in the auction 20th Century PhotographsThe Elfering Collection at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Hans Feurer - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work CameraWork Portfolio, 1969-1986, which sold at auction in December 2008 for USD 35,000.00 (€ 25,145.48).

Für andere Arbeiten von Hans Feurer mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit CameraWork Portfolio, 1969-1986 beobachtet, die im Dezember 2008 für USD 35.000,00 (€ 25.145,48) versteigert wurde.
