Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2015 Christies in New York held the auction Interiors, which included this untitled work by Hannelore Baron. The price achieved of USD 1,000.00 (€ 896.54) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hannelore Baron achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (B82032), 1982 in February 2021 with an auction result of USD 14,025.00 (€ 11,597.62).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2015 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Interiors durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Hannelore Baron zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 1.000,00 (€ 896,54) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hannelore Baron erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled (B82032), 1982 im Februar 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 14.025,00 (€ 11.597,62).
