Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Memories by Hang Chunhui was auctioned at Christies in Shanghai in October 2014. It changed hands for a price of CNY 212,500.00 (€ 27,745.41) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of CNY 120,000.00 – 220,000.00. Other works by Hang Chunhui have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2013 the work Missa No. 1 was auctioned for HKD 437,500.00 (€ 41,479.86).
