This artwork by Hamed Nada achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in November this year. In the Marhala: Highlights from the Dalloul Collection auction, the work Untitled (Dance near the Pyramids) sold for GBP 94,500.00 (€ 109,504.95) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Hamed Nada have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Henna Eve in April 2010 with an auction result of USD 602,500.00 (€ 452,939.41).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Hamed Nada erzielte im November diesen Jahres bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Marhala: Highlights from the Dalloul Collection wurde die Arbeit Untitled (Dance near the Pyramids) für GBP 94.500,00 (€ 109.504,95) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 50.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hamed Nada auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Henna Eve im April 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 602.500,00 (€ 452.939,41).
