Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Hamed Nada could be acquired at Christies in Dubai in March 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Middle Eastern Modern & Contemporary Art auction, the work Tentation de l’abstrait changed hands for USD 5,000.00 (€ 4,453.15) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hamed Nada achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Henna Eve in April 2010 with an auction result of USD 602,500.00 (€ 452,939.41).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Hamed Nada konnte im März 2019 bei Christies in Dubai für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Middle Eastern Modern & Contemporary Art wechselte die Arbeit Tentation de l’abstrait für USD 5.000,00 (€ 4.453,15) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hamed Nada erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Henna Eve im April 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 602.500,00 (€ 452.939,41).
