Auction result misses estimated price range
When this work without title by Håkan Bengtsson was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in May 2012, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 12,000.00 – 15,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 10,000.00 (€ 1,056.29). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Håkan Bengtsson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Untitled", which sold at auction in April this year for SEK 28,000.00 (€ 2,475.36).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Håkan Bengtsson im Mai 2012 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 12.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 10.000,00 (€ 1.056,29) den Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Håkan Bengtsson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Untitled" beobachtet, die im April diesen Jahres für SEK 28.000,00 (€ 2.475,36) versteigert wurde.
