Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Muma And Lifetime (Two Sets Of Two) by Hai Bo was sold in the Contemporary Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2011. The price achieved of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 4,617.48) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 48,000.00 – 55,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hai Bo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Four Seasons in September 2009 with an auction result of GBP 43,250.00 (€ 47,311.89).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Muma And Lifetime (Two Sets Of Two) von Hai Bo wurde im Oktober 2011 in der Auktion Contemporary Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 4.617,48) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 48.000,00 – 55.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hai Bo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Four Seasons im September 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 43.250,00 (€ 47.311,89).
