It achieved a price of HKD 50,000.00 (€ 4,345.19), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 67%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hai Bo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Four Seasons in September 2009 with an auction result of GBP 43,250.00 (€ 47,311.89).

Die Arbeit I Am Chairman Mao'S Red Guard (Set Of 2) von Hai Bo kam im April 2011 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 50.000,00 (€ 4.345,19) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 67%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hai Bo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Four Seasons im September 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 43.250,00 (€ 47.311,89).
