The work Four Seasons by Hai Bo was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2009. It achieved a price of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 8,603.44), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Admittedly, works by Hai Bo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Four Seasons in September 2009 with an auction result of GBP 43,250.00 (€ 47,311.89).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 25 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Four Seasons von Hai Bo wurde im November 2009 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 8.603,44) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hai Bo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Four Seasons im September 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 43.250,00 (€ 47.311,89).
