This work without title by Gulam Rasool Santosh was sold in the Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art auction at Sothebys in London in September 2020. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 9,450.00 (€ 10,420.16), 35% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gulam Rasool Santosh achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in March 2014 with an auction result of USD 149,000.00 (€ 108,151.27).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Gulam Rasool Santosh wurde im September 2020 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 9.450,00 (€ 10.420,16) und damit 35% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gulam Rasool Santosh erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im März 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 149.000,00 (€ 108.151,27).
