This work without title by Gulam Rasool Santosh was sold in the Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art auction at Sothebys in London in September 2020. It achieved a price of GBP 11,340.00 (€ 12,504.19), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 62%. Admittedly, works by Gulam Rasool Santosh have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in March 2014 with an auction result of USD 149,000.00 (€ 108,151.27).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Gulam Rasool Santosh wurde im September 2020 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 11.340,00 (€ 12.504,19) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 62%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gulam Rasool Santosh auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im März 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 149.000,00 (€ 108.151,27).
