Auction result misses estimated price range
In April last year a collector was able to acquire the work 3 (Smiths) by Gregor Hildebrandt for EUR 12,600.00. This price was achieved in the auction 20th/21st Century: Amsterdam at Christies in Amsterdam and was even below the estimate range of EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Gregor Hildebrandt have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Faith in February 2010 with an auction result of GBP 49,250.00 (€ 54,942.95).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit 3 (Smiths) von Gregor Hildebrandt für EUR 12.600,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 20th/21st Century: Amsterdam bei Christies in Amsterdam erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gregor Hildebrandt auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Faith im Februar 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 49.250,00 (€ 54.942,95).
