In April 2014 Sothebys in New York held the auction Photographs, which included the work Selected Images by Grant Mudford. The »bidding war« ended at USD 11,250.00 (€ 8,111.03), 61% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Grant Mudford; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Selected Images sold at auction in April 2016 with the realized price of USD 10,000.00 (€ 8,740.49).

Im April 2014 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Photographs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Selected Images von Grant Mudford zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 11.250,00 (€ 8.111,03) und damit 61% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Grant Mudford; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Selected Images im April 2016 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 10.000,00 (€ 8.740,49).
