Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Gottfrid Kallstenius could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in February 2010 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Lilla Bukowskis S191 auction, the work Kustlandskap changed hands for SEK 4,000.00 (€ 412.30) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gottfrid Kallstenius achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Young couple in love, garden scene from Grez, France in June 2019 with an auction result of SEK 130,000.00 (€ 12,377.67).

In der Auktion Lilla Bukowskis S191 wechselte die Arbeit Kustlandskap für SEK 4.000,00 (€ 412,30) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gottfrid Kallstenius erzielen.
