The auction ended at the price of EUR 2,800.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 2,300.00 – 2,800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giuseppe Migneco achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La pescatrice in May 2000 with an auction result of ITL 42,300,000.00 (€ 36,277.87).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 2.800,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.300,00 – 2.800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Migneco erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La pescatrice im Mai 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 42.300.000,00 (€ 36.277,87).
