Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Giovanni Fattori could be acquired at Il Ponte in November 2016 for an unexpectedly low price. In the 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures auction, the work Cavalleggero in marcia changed hands for EUR 10,000.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 12,000.00 – 13,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giovanni Fattori achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cavalleggero E Carabiniere A Cavallo in June 2008 with an auction result of EUR 240,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Giovanni Fattori konnte im November 2016 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures wechselte die Arbeit Cavalleggero in marcia für EUR 10.000,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 12.000,00 – 13.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giovanni Fattori erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Cavalleggero E Carabiniere A Cavallo im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 240.750,00.
