Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2020 Bonhams in London held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art, which included the work Occhi negli occhiali by Giosetta Fioroni. It changed hands for a price of GBP 6,937.50 (€ 7,703.50) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giosetta Fioroni achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Interno familiare in April 2017 with an auction result of EUR 86,557.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2020 führte Bonhams in London die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Occhi negli occhiali von Giosetta Fioroni zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 6.937,50 (€ 7.703,50) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giosetta Fioroni erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Interno familiare im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 86.557,00.
